ABATA is a mobile marketplace that markets products and services provided by Muslim businesses. Developed using latest technology approach, ABATA is among the few platforms in the world that manages to combine products and services into one single mobile application.
Supporting local economic development, ABATA primary objective is to digitalize all the available individual or business services by Muslim entrepreneurs as comprehensive as possible. Those services are delivered to the consumers in eight main channels that are Tourism, Rentals, Food, Marts, Services, Businesses, Shops, and Fashion.
To the consumers, ABATA will be their Muslim digital concierge through a consumer feature called Whats Near Me where the consumer can set the radius of the services that they would require i.e. 5km, 10km and so forth. The Locate Me feature is a result of a machine learning algorithm based on location awareness and its transactions data. Content will then be personalized based on the consumer profiling and filtered by the service value for the given location. The diversity in ABATAs content will ensure that the Muslim digital concierge concept can be realized. Consumers still have the option of accessing ABATAs content using the traditional method via the ABATA eight channels.
